How To Link Your Values To Unwanted Tasks
I’ve run away from it for most of my career by either having an analytics team do it for me or I’d find a willing co-worker who could help me with it.
But, now that I have my own business I can’t run and hide anymore. I’ve realized that I have to learn this skill so that eventually I can hire and train someone else to do it for me.How did I overcome the resistance and transform my mindset?
I linked my values, bigger vision and life purpose to analytics! When you can link the task to something bigger outside of yourself, it will give it more meaning and purpose, which ultimately creates more flow and less resistance.Learning analytics is going to allow me to grow my business, be more efficient with time and money so that I can serve more young professionals!
This calmed me down enough to get back to the spreadsheet with a refreshed state of mind.
