2 Ways To Keep Growing In Your Career

In today's video, I am talking about feeling stuck in your career and how to keep growing regardless of what's going on at work.

You may have heard a term called the "Great Resignation," where professionals are deciding to leave their unfulfilling, demanding jobs to reinvent themselves and intentionally design the future they want. 

I'm inspired to speak about this today after a conversation with a young professional who kept saying, "I am stuck" - stuck in my career, stuck on my team, stuck in a career rut.

His story isn't unique.

Most people I speak with want to make a significant change but feel stuck in what to do about it.

Today is one of 8 big "being stuck" stories that I hear repeatedly. The myth I speak about today is "I've stopped growing in my career."

So, over the next few weeks, I will go into them and offer you a few ideas on how to disrupt the pattern and generate some movement.
